影片主要讲述了缉毒大队副队长唐朗（于震 饰）和女子特警队长岳小凤（辛月 饰）两位共同奋斗在生死第一线的公安民警，被卷入一场绑架案后，与毒贩、匪徒生死搏斗，最终成功捍卫正义破获真相的故事。
